Piles (Hemorrhoids) are common health-related problems. This
illness not so serious firstly but very annoying and influences the quality of
life
"Prevention is better than cure"
We are wake up when illness reaches its extreme condition. 99% of
peoples do the same in the case of Piles/ Hemorrhoids. Our lifestyle is the
main reason behind that; we will spend our valuable four to five hours daily on
mobile and the internet by doing useless things. But we have no time for
exercise.

the most important- prevention of piles.

Piles or Hemorrhoids Types
There are four types of piles (hemorrhoids):
Internal
As per its name, the internal hemorrhoids are in your rectum. They
can’t be seen because they are too deep in your anus.
External
As per its name, the External hemorrhoids occur on your anus and
visible.
Prolapsed
When the internal hemorrhoids can swell and stick out of your anus
then it is prolapsed hemorrhoid. prolapsed hemorrhoid recognized as
Grade I: Their exists but not prolapsed.
Grade II: They have not prolapsed themselves but came out when you are
straining during a bowel movement.
Grade III: They have prolapsed themselves but you have to push it back
in yourself without pain.
Grade IV: They have prolapsed themselves but you have not to push it
back in yourself without pain so need to be treated.
Thromboses
When the blood clot forms within the hemorrhoid tissue it is known
as thrombosed. In this case, hemorrhoids may be internal or external.
Piles or Hemorrhoids Treatments
1) Medicine:
Used at initial stages such as internal (oral) and external i.e.
ointments
2) Injection
sclerotherapy:
Used at initial stages by breaking the blood supply of hemorrhoids.
3) Rubber banding:
Used in the second stage by breaking the blood supply of
hemorrhoids.
4) Cryosurgery:
This is an old method in which liquid nitrogen is used to freeze
hemorrhoids.
5) Infrared coagulation:
IRC rays are used to break the blood supply of hemorrhoids.
6) Ultroid:
The feeding vessel of hemorrhoids is freeze.
7) Lazer:
In this method, a laser is focused on the root vessel of
hemorrhoids and the vessels are vaporized.
8) Haemorrhoidal artery
ligation:
In this method, the root vessels of hemorrhoids are found out by
dopier and these vessels are a tie to control the blood supply by anoscope.
9) Stapled
haemorrhoidery:
In this method, the root vessel of hemorrhoid is a staple to break
the blood supply
10) Traditional surgeries:
The hemorrhoid is cut out by surgery.
Best way to get rid of hemorrhoids
Above various treatments of piles is the time being, these are not
permanent solutions. This is observed that piles are such a type of disease
that is not permanently solved, they required attention after every three to
four years.

1) Hemorrhoids and Constipation:
This is the reason for our maximum health problems, but you can
control this by changing your lifestyle.
- Remember
three points-
- Drink
at least eight full glass of water per day.
- Diet
must contain high fiber food
- At
least 35-minute continuous walk and half-hour exercise
2) Low fiber diet:
If you have low fiber in diet then you have to face constipation,
diabetes, tiredness, weight gain, High Cholesterol, Cancer, Irritable bowel
syndrome so maintain your diet.
3) Wrong eating habits:
Remember to eat your food slowly, Better digestion if you Chew
Your Food 32 times for every mouthful. Fast eating is responsible for
constipation, Eat Small, Frequent Meals, avoid High-Fat Meals
4) Fast food and cold drinks:
You should avoid eating Cheese, chips, fast food, ice cream, meat,
prepared foods, such as frozen and snack foods, processed foods, such as hot
dogs and some microwavable dinners, other fast food, and cold drinks. This type
of food slows down your digestion, and increase constipation.
5) Overweight:
If you follow the above rules overweight is not your problem
anymore.
6) Continuous seating work:
During your office time or other working avoid more than one hour
continue seating if you do continuous seating work this will slow down your
digestion and prevents the gas release from the body.
7) Straining and stopping when passing a stool:
If you follow the above rules you don’t need to do this.

exercises- steps 1) contracting your pelvic muscles. 2) squeeze and hold
for three seconds 3) relax for another 3 seconds.
If you go for Kapalbhati and Anulomvilom piles must be reduced
within four to five days, you need two or three days extra if you have a blood sugar problem.
