A successful career is a dream for every teenager. The student expects it, but not willing to work hard and the parent has the money to spend on it but no time. The problem starts with this and results in failure.
Career counselors and coaching
classes give parents the glossy assurance that they are best in the market to
ensure the career hike of a student.
After wasting the important years of
life, the teenagers’ realized that he is on the wrong road with the wrong guidance
and falls into the pit. It spoils the dream of a successful career. Until then,
the parents are already getting sweaty at the cost of at least Rs 5-6 lakhs on
college fees, coaching class fees, two-wheelers, mobile phones, laptops,
personal tuition, booklets, and so on.
We don’t know how to learn, what to
learn, where to learn. At least a few names of the top persons in our field. We
can’t predict future changes in our field.
What is the result? Depression,
frustration and money crumble.

What I’m saying is 100 percent true, no
word is false. The list is huge and gives a big boost to your beliefs.

Most of the teenagers’ are not reading
anything new, their language is not pure, their pronunciation is not clear,
they do not know exactly what they are saying; they have no opinion on
anything. Will such teenagers survive in the competition? Teenagers’ do not
know many things in the world, even parents do not know. It’s all very
shocking. It’s frustrating and tends to sudden failure.
These are the reasons for increasing
unemployment, failure, and depression among educated youth. We should understand the
seriousness of this condition.
Education is no longer as organized as
before and it is widespread now. Today various opportunities are becoming
available. Many new fields will open from artificial intelligence to the
tea stall. How it is difficult to choose a career even though there are
thousands of industry paths and plans available? Then what is the problem in
a successful career?
Today's
picture
Overall the situation is
difficult. Such boys and girls can never help to make India a superpower. But
both youngsters and their parents are behind epilepsy. Therefore, they are
thousands of mails away from the actual situation. If this is the picture of
our country, then in the coming years, they will see engineering graduates
everywhere, in rickshaw, milkman, cab driver. The inner state of the youngest
country in the world will be very miserable.
Some youngsters are different,
they think differently. They know the new stake or they discover it, achieve
their career successfully. They are greatly appreciable but the fact is that
such children are low.
If you understand your exact
aptitude, then competition is nothing. There is no reason why a person who is
completely self-identified may fear competition. He is able to build his
position on the strength of built-in capabilities. Why is he afraid to compete?

Lack of willpower and hard work
Feeling the Shame of work is the
first fault of the teenagers. Lack of willpower and boredom of hard work is
another major drawback. Everybody wants a successful career that gives a very
high package. All are in the crowd, standing in the queue. Why stand up, where to go, don't know. The simple logic is, everybody goes there so we go. There is nothing new, not enough knowledge of
any subject, no study, no reading, fear of English, even not able to read a
lesson in Marathi.
If teenagers are hard workers
why they are get frustrated even when there are rich opportunities in various
fields like cosmetics management, retail management, township management, water
harvesting, agro products management, cold storage management, disaster
management?
Inadequate
and partial information
Whatsapp, Facebook, Google is not
a complete and reliable source of information. If you want complete and
convincing information then the book is the only option. That's why we should
focus on reading as much as possible.
Aptitude is a very in-depth
study. It's not easy for anyone to get up and call themselves a career guidance
expert. Today's teenagers are trapped in a lack or inadequate knowledge,
craziness of social platforms, and the package.

This is wondered that millions of
youngster mostly kill time on social media and they are on the search for the
next funny meme.
They are filling up their
free time with look for entertaining social content and 50% is chosen as a top
activity.
One of the surveys says that it
made it easier to manipulate people with fake news on social media.
This means that we spend at least
four to five hours a day on social media from which we do not get any
knowledge, money. The
Values
and principles
Values and principles, all these
burdensome subjects, were left to be read in the book. But your career depends
on what your values and principles are. People can be taught skills, soft
skills, and communication skills if they are not trained. But if your ethics
are not strong, your personality cannot be changed.
By doing some tricks in an
unethical way, it is possible to gain success in the short term, but in the
long term, it is a loss.
Today we have learned the subject
of values education just as a formality, but now we have to focus on values. Teenagers easily attracted to unethical things and failure is only the result.
The
urge to get instant packages
The craziness of a glitzy life
and Selfish expectations are the main reason behind higher packages. Is it
possible for everyone to get a higher paying job? More importantly, does such a
job earn more money? How many big packages will you get, 5 lakhs or 25 lakhs
per annum, but you will not get more than that. Yeola earns Rs 12 lakh a month
for tea in Pune. the package is limited but if you become an entrepreneur there is no limit. It is up to you to decide if you want to start your own
business or higher package.
The
falsehoods and Social prestige
teenagers want to maintain their prestige in friends. they learn from parents. My son, daughter, son-in-law are
on such a high salary and are abroad; There is no shortage of such braggarts.
There are also many who ruin the future of their own children by listening to
the bragging of such people. Happiness cannot be bought with money and
everyone's definition of happiness is different.
Comparison
with others
Seeing nothing where the
intelligence, the abilities, the researcher's attitude is important, just being
blind and comparing yourself to others will be very detrimental in the future.
There is a strong possibility that this is the reason why we have not left the
tag of a developing country. What to do, the truth is always bitter.
Education
system
There should be a system of
education that will enable every citizen to make a living. Maybe this should be
a secondary subject, who will be the engineer, doctor and bla bla bla.
This is the closest solution to
reducing unemployment in our community. This approach is more reliable for
finding new opportunities, developing new jobs, and creating entrepreneurs and
professionals in those businesses. Their own hard work began to produce good

well defined.
Education is essential for a successful career but teenager's problem is that it
should not be guided and progressed. Career counseling is indispensable for choosing
the right career.
